Advantages Of Internet Network Marketing Over Internet Marketing
Internet Networkmarketing is much more fun than marketing on the internet because of the residual income, the leverage, the support from company and upline, and the team spirit! In addition, it costs much less to start up an network marketing business. Those network marketers who become successful work as a team. Building a network marketing team all over the world is exciting , when it comes time to meet people in the team in their own country.
Internet Network Marketing is different to internet marketing in the following ways:
1) Leveraged Income
With internet network marketing, there is a team of people advertising the products, and folks are paid based on the whole team’s efforts. In contrast, a marketer doing retail on the internet needs to work consistently on optimising their websites and/or pay for advertising.. A network marketer can leverage his or her time even more, by using the internet. They can use Internet marketing systems, VOIP calls, and webinars to train their teams and market to prospects, hundreds at a time if they want. See the following system as an example - online network marketing
Internet Marketers, on the other hand, can’t have leverage unless they are very clever in creating their own product find affiliates to aggressively promote for them. It’s very challenging for an internet marketer to create their own product and find affiliates.
2) The Residual Income
Residual income is that which comes every week or each month, even if you take a holiday. Network marketers earning six figure incomes are still doing the same amount of work they did when they earned 4 or 5 figure incomes. As each leader is trained, they look after their own teams, so the leader at the head of the group is still only looking after a similar number of people.
Just as an author or an actor continues receiving income after they’ve written their book or acted in the film, a network marketer can stop working and receive ongoing income.
Many internet marketers promote affiliate programs, which do have some residual income. A network marketer has the ability to earn a lot more income from an mlm compensation plan than an affiliate marketer can earn. Affiliate marketers may earn a little from one or two levels below them, but with a good network marketing compensation plan, network marketers can earn many different bonuses, and get paid on many different levels. Some network marketing companies pay on all levels below a person.
3) Support from Upline Team and the Company
Network marketers have the company’s support team to assist with all the operational details and even with some marketing. An MlM company ships products for the network marketer, does the money transactions, plus it handles returns and complaints.
Most companies will provide a website (or two) and advertising tools, as well as lots of training material. Additional advertising and marketing tools are the only costs for a network marketer.
Internet marketers don’t usually have a company to give them support and they pay all the advertising costs, website hosting, training, merchant bank fees, and other start up costs.
4) The Team Spirit
Network Marketers work as a team, they have an upline support team and all those who join them are part of their team. It’s a lot of fun to assist others in the team to earn money, and it’s great to make friends with people all over the world, especially when you get to meet them personally and visit with them in their own country. Another advantage of team work, is that Network marketers share the advertising costs throughout the team.
As a marketer on the internet, it’s rather lonely at first because everything is done on your own. Internet marketers only get paid on what they do, and they do all the work by themselves, (unless they pay someone to assist them)
To summarise, internet network marketing has many more advantages. They have lots of leverage from working as a team, they receive more residual income because they get paid from all their team’s work, they have support from the company and their upline, and they have all the advantages of being part of a team and sharing their lifestyle with others. If you would like to find out more about this, you’re welcome to go to Internet Network Marketing.

Using Google Analytics
Google analytics is a statistical tool that is used to track where your customers are coming from. You can use it on all your sites, except for your actual company site. However, you can track how many times the link to your company product site is clicked.
John Cow.com of Make Money Online has some very good tips about Using Google Analytics

Domain Names for your Network Marketing website
One of the first tools recommended when first joining a network marketing company, is to get business cards. These are essential, so you can hand them out to people you meet. Before paying out money for business cards, you should consider what website URL you’re going to put on the card.
Most network marketing companies give their distributors a marketing website, to show prospects the business, and to allow others to sign up as distributors and to purchase the products as customers. And, these websites will be the same for each distributor, except for an extra name or number on the end of the URL. For example, our company gives us this site: www.myvemma.com/vanzyl The “vanzyl” on the end is the only thing that makes it different from everyone else’s site.
If I put that address on my business card, it has the following disadvantages:
- It looks unprofessional because it’s not a top level domain name ( www.myvemma.com is a top level domain )
- When people want to look at my website, they might start typing in the first part of the URL and leave off the “vanzyl”. That means they will go to the company site. If they sign up from the company site, the company won’t know who they meant to sign up with, and will allocate them to one of the members.
- Instead of typing in “vanzyl”, they could type in any other name and sign up with another person (this happens numerous times).
- That URL doesn’t look good when advertising on a car or a poster.
So, the best and easy thing to do is to get a domain name. Here’s some recommendations when selecting a name:
- Don’t put your company name in the URL because most companies don’t allow it.
- Choose as short a name as possible.
- Try to get a name that has a well searched keyword in it.
- Try to get a name that will be remembered easily.
- Try to get a name that represents the products or the business opportunity in some way.
Here’s an example of a name we chose - if you’re not sure what a domain name does, click on this one, and you’ll see that it “re-directs” to our company website (for the Verve Energy drink product)
The best place I know of, to purchase a domain name, is www.godaddy.com
At that site, be careful to avoid all the advertising. It’s not necessary to purchase anything else when buying the domain name. At this time, new domain names only cost $9.99 a year.

Thirty Day Challenge 2008
For those of you who’ve been following my blog, you will know that I first started attracting a lot of customers on the Internet this time last year, when I did the 2007 Thirty Day Challenge, and learned about Web 2.0 marketing.
It’s been a whole year since then, and now the Thirty Day Challenge has started again! It is still in pre-season, so you have plenty of time to catch up before Day 1. This year, I will leave you to follow the challenge day by day, and I’ll make comments on lessons that relate directly to attracting Network Marketing customers. The Pre-Season Training for this year, is much easier than last year, and MUCH LESS time consuming!
So, I recommend if you want to attract customers online, join the Thirty Day Challenge and have some fun along the way also!
